These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nset website, marketplace, and registry, operated by The Sustainable Commodities Corporation. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

The marketplace

The marketplace is in early access. Where listings are shown, they represent physical commodity lots with a Carbon Inventory Certificate attached. A certificate moves only as part of a verified commodity transaction and is not a standalone financial asset.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when requesting an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misrepresent supply, demand, or certification status.
