When you request an account, contact us, or submit an RFQ, we collect the information you provide directly — including name, work email, company, title, and the commodities or volumes you’re interested in. We also collect standard usage data to improve the site.

How we use it

We use this information to manage accounts, respond to inquiries, match early procurement interest to verified supply, send opted-in product updates, and improve the site and the rail’s underlying product.
